I think this tutorial succeeds in the goal of safely allowing anyone to safely get started with PSP Homebrew / CFW with very little risk to their PSP. I have no plans to create another PSP tutorial in addition to this one. The main gain is later PSP models don't have to use the fast recovery app when fully powered off, so if that's annoying you then Infinity could be a nice upgrade. Keep in mind there is currently no recovery software included with Infinity, so possible pros and cons depending what you are doing with your PSP. This could be a good option for later PSP models such as the 88 v3, PSP 2000, PSP 3000, PSP Go and E1000 where a permanent CFW was never possible above 6.20. Infinity never used to support all PSP models, however Infinity 2.0 seems to. I believe you can go to a max of 64gb without issues, with higher capacity cards the PSP has issues indexing / displaying games that go beyond the first 64gb of space on the card. pro onto my 'phat' PSP 1000, buuut, (…) I can't seem to figure-out how to bring-up/out the whole VHS-styled menus and sosuch, from within my CFW, ack.
I've had no issues perma-installin' my 61. but where's in-which folder, do I go and put/ paste the seplugin stuff? Ah, but so mayhaps an excuse, of my dummied self to ask, 'tis a-thicc of me to say,
